RadioButtonList
Represents a list control that encapsulates a group of radio button controls.

The RadioButtonList control provides a single-selection radio button group that can be dynamically generated through data binding or directly entering the List Item's or can be used to control to a previously created set of RadioButtons.
It can be used in two modes;
either it generates and lays out a set of RadioButtons within its own container or,
it can control a set of precreated RadioButtons
The value of the RadiButton group can be set or retreived through the selectValue property.
